A company is looking for a Care Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience in a telemedicine environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for new patients, providing guidance and support during the onboarding process
Efficiently register and onboard new patients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed prior to their first visit
Verify patient insurance information and perform outreach to encourage completion of onboarding steps
Required Qualifications
At least two years of inbound phone experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
Strong customer service drive with a passion for helping patients achieve their health goals
Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to evolving technologies
Empathetic approach when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Proactive mindset with adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities
