Landscaping & Snow Removal Associate

Location : St. Louis County - St. Louis County, MO, USA

Opportunity to be full time

Join our team to help keep properties looking their best! This is a seasonal position with full-time work during the landscaping season and part-time work during winter snow events .

Responsibilities :

  • Landscaping Season (Spring–Fall) : Mowing, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation assistance, and general property maintenance.
  • Winter (Snow Events, Part-Time) : Snow shoveling, plowing assistance, and ice management.

Pay Rates :

  • Landscaping Season : $20–$25 / hr
  • Snow Events (Part-Time Winter Work) : $30–$35 / hr – extra pay for snow events!

    • Requirements :

    Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or snow removal
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal tools a plus

    • Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of property appearance
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mechanical skills or familiarity with maintenance of small equipment helpful

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the day

    • Other Requirements

  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours during peak landscaping season and respond to snow events on short notice
