About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the next phase of growth for Fabric’s Provider Directory, a best-in-class solution critical to the future of hybrid care. This is a high-impact role where you will help thoughtfully scale our provider directory efforts into a robust, integrated capability set. You will be asked to sequence features that delight our enterprise customers, optimize information presentation for patients, and strategically invest to enable future growth. Your work will immediately impact the lives of real patients every day.

You will report to the Directory leader and serve as a key product leader on a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and clinical leads. You will also be expected to build relationships with our customers, including hospital C-suite executives (CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and more).

This role is ideal for someone excited to get on the ground floor of a startup and roll up their sleeves. You are motivated by improving patient and provider lives and thrive on vigorous conversation, deep research, and a clear sense of what needs to get done. You can advocate for both patients and members while understanding the intricacies of incentives for health systems and payers.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the owner of the product roadmap and execution for the Provider Directory. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Helping shape and execute a roadmap of opportunities for our provider directory.
  • Engaging deeply with health system and payer integration points to help inform future growth and make a resilient system.
  • Working closely with our engineering and design teams to develop elegant and consumer-grade solutions to complex problems.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions about where to invest, or to confirm what is working / not working.
  • Collaborating with other product team members to account for all interdependencies across our full suite of products.
  • Helping grow the product organization and scale our team capabilities.

Why You Might Be a Good Fit

  • You have successfully executed on complex roadmaps with significant interdependencies and tight timelines.
  • You are excited by the challenge of scaling a product and contributing to the future of hybrid care in the healthcare space.
  • You have served in a technical role previously and are adept at making highly technical concepts simple to understand.
  • You are able to advocate for patients and members while understanding the intricacies of incentives for both health systems and payers.
  • You are excited to roll up your sleeves to learn more about how to make scheduling first-rate at health systems.
  • You are motivated by vigorous conversation, deep research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical).
  • This Might Not Be The Right Fit If...

  • You are not comfortable building relationships with C-suite level executives and enterprise customers.
  • You prefer working on a fully mature product rather than one in a high-growth, scaling phase.
  • You are not comfortable utilizing data and analytics to drive investment decisions.
  • Your professional experience is not rooted in executing on complex roadmaps with significant technical interdependencies.
  • You are not motivated by the specific mission of improving the US healthcare system with technology.
  • Your Qualifications

  • 6+ years of PM experience at a tech company.
  • Has served in a technical role.
  • Has successfully executed on complex roadmaps with significant interdependencies and timelines.
  • Ability to advocate for patients and members and knowledge of the intricacies of incentives for both health systems and payers.
  • Excitement to roll up sleeves to learn more about how to make scheduling first-rate at health systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Bonus Points

  • You love working with data analysis to drive strategic decision making.
  • You’ve been keeping up-to-date on advances in generative AI.
  • The national pay range for this role is $130,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted range, please still consider applying; a determination can be made based on unique qualifications. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
