This is an onsite role based in Fresno, CA Distribution Center.

Summary

TheOperations Manager provides leadership, management, and effective communicationto both customers and co-owners, while meeting operational and financialgoals. The successful person will beable to drive operational performance at the site level, focusing onproductivity, quality, and cost metrics.

Theywill do this while maintaining the receiving, warehousing, and distributionoperations with the established policies, practices and procedures duringassigned shift (M-F 7pm-3 : 30am, additional days and hours required as needed). Those samepolicies and procedures need to be reviewed from a continuous improvement lens- and the Operations Manager should champion any improvements.
