Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent experience is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, citizenship is required.

Position Overview:

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing IT service teams in engineering or manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical staff
- Deep knowledge of information security practices, particularly within the defense sector
- Expertise in IT methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Software Development Lifecycle) and Lean-Agile principles (DevSecOps, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong experience managing IT projects and initiatives
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to align systems and processes with organizational goals
- Lead and support a high performing team, driving engagement and performance
- Oversee delivery of IT initiatives in collaboration with project management, business users, and technology teams
- Provide recommendations on strategy updates, service delivery improvements, and technology evolution
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including talent acquisition, development planning, and performance evaluation
- Monitor and execute risk mitigation strategies to strengthen security posture
- Identify key operational metrics, track performance, and report on objectives and outcomes
- Partner across business operations to optimize processes, solutions, and technology
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and value
