The Role : MD / DO

As a vital member of our integrated care team, you'll leverage your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional primary care. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while meeting established performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to adult populations.
• Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical examinations, medication evaluations, wound care, and preventive screenings
• Utilize performance metrics to guide and enhance patient care strategies

Requirements :

Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.

Active, unrestricted medical license in New Mexico.

Proven track record in outpatient primary care settings. New Graduates will be considered.

Proficient communication skills

Strong diagnostic and clinical skills

Proficiency / Willingness and ability to learn Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

BLS / ACLS certification.

Commitment to achieving quality metrics and improving patient outcomes.
