About the Role :

We’re looking for a Reputation Manager with exceptional communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail. This person will be responsible for nurturing positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their experiences are recognized and reflected online.

The ideal candidate is patient, kind, and motivated by helping people feel heard and valued. You’ll be interacting with customers through phone, email, and online platforms to ensure their concerns are resolved with care and professionalism — turning challenges into opportunities for connection and trust.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers who have shared feedback about their experience.
  • Provide empathetic and solutions-focused communication to address concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback platforms such as Google and Yelp.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Track and report progress toward company reputation goals.

  • Strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to stay calm and kind under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and follow-up skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, reputation management, or communications is a plus.
