About the opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join our team at the corporate office in Westminster, CO. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that is critical to our IT ecosystem, blending advanced, hands-on technical support with essential system and network administration. As the primary escalation point for the Propelled Brands IT Service Desk, you will tackle complex technical challenges and provide premier support for all corporate users (both in-office and remote) as well as our brand franchise locations. The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Camp Bow Wow Franchising)
