Join us as a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer and revolutionize our processes by leading the charge in cost reduction and technological advancement. You'll recommend, implement, and manage improvements that refine production process efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Draft and redesign dies and tooling to optimize efficiency and cost.
• Implement Engineering Change Notices to uplift production standards.
• Follow and enforce all company drafting policies to uphold quality and cost management.
• Source and collaborate with vendors to enhance tooling and fixtures.
• Conduct and oversee ISO audits, ensuring continuous production refinement.

Your Role

As a pivotal engineering team member, you'll facilitate statistical analyses aimed at forging quality improvements and propose process changes. You'll lead pivotal projects, ensuring that all manufacturing endeavors meet our high standards.

You'll actively drive and support kaizen initiatives that target waste reduction and boost product quality and safety using lean techniques like Root Cause Analysis and 5S methodologies.
