What you will do :

• Originate residential mortgage loans
• Guide members through the loan process from application to closing with clarity and care
• Build relationships with members, realtors, builders, and community partners to generate referrals
• Analyze financial data, credit reports, and property information to determine loan eligibility
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan lifecycle
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals while maintaining high member satisfaction
• Stay current on mortgage products, market trends, and underwriting guidelines

What you will need to be successful :

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services
• Proven track record of successful loan origination and relationship building
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and CRM platforms
