Associate Research Scientist

As a member of the Assessment Product team, this Psychometric Research Scientist role will work on assessment products to conduct psychometric and research activities that support student learning outcomes through product development, validation, and improvement. This role will support the development of innovative techniques and processes and conduct cutting-edge research studies.

Experience with computer adaptive testing (CAT) is preferred. The candidate will conduct classical item analysis studies, norming studies, create CAT input files and run simulations, run calibration and linking studies, create simulation technical reports, conduct analysis is support of the product technical documentation and other analysis as assigned.
