Vp / Director Of Finance

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic VP / Director of Finance to join our team in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you will oversee critical financial operations, drive strategic initiatives, and provide leadership to a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in financial planning, accounting operations, and systems improvement to support our continued growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with organizational goals.
  • Deliver strategic financial analyses and insights to guide executive-level decision-making.
  • Create and maintain advanced financial models to assess growth opportunities and franchise performance.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial and operational metrics across franchise locations and corporate operations to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee accounting functions including general ledger management, accounts payable / receivable, and financial close processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance procedures to mitigate risk.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize financial systems and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, cash flow forecasting, and accounting operations.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and modeling.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, business intelligence tools, and system implementation.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
