Shift : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details : Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift : Monday-Thursday schedule. No weekends.

Holiday Requirement : Rotate with permanent staff

Floating Requirement : To all acute care and cardio to take care of medical, or EC for acute care patient holds

Common Diagnosis / Patients : Diabetic, CHF, COPD, GI bleed, renal failure, dialysis (they have a dialysis nurse ), some overflow post Surgicals, amputations, debridments, wound care, DVTs, ETOH, psych (in future may have hospice-not live yet)

Need to have experience with same type of hospital acuity, no CAH. Need experience at a larger organization with high acuity, high turnover and fast pace.

Will be doing a lot of admits / discharges.

Scrub Color / Dress Code : Caribbean Blue top and bottom or White top and Caribbean Blue bottom or all white top / bottom.

Nails can only be polished. No artifical or Shellac nails due to increased CLABSI rates.
