FIU Alerts Analyst I

Responsible for analyzing customer and transactional activity to identify patterns within data, detect key and underlying factors to evaluate behavior, and escalate suspicious activity involving Pathward accounts and / or services, in accordance with bank procedures. This position requires the analyst to evaluate multiple banking product types, financial crime types, and systems.

What you will do :

• Analyzes customer and high-volume transactional activity to identify & detect unusual activity.
• Escalates any unusual activity detected to be analyzed and investigated.
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
• Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need :

Salary range : $14 hourly $22 hourly
