Temporary Administrative Assistant

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a temporary administrative assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Wilderness Medicine Coordinator to conduct work for the Annual Medical Kit Restock.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Inventory of current medical kits
  • Purchasing replacement for medicine or supplies where estimated
  • Creating the inventory list for new supply of medical kits
  • Assisting with the shipment of kits to Greenland and Alaska

This role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Previous experience creating medical kits for scientific field work is preferred.

    The pay rate for this position has been established at $25.00 / hour. The above salary rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting.
