About the Role

Innovation Consulting is hiring a Senior Paralegal to support our client’s multi-state Legal Department. This is an onsite role in San Jose, CA. The Paralegal will provide hands-on support across corporate transactions, litigation, real estate, governance, and operational matters.

As a direct W2 employee of Innovation Consulting, you’ll receive a competitive compensation and benefits package while working on assignment at our client’s office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft contracts, agreements, leases, deeds, easements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
  • Organize and manage litigation, real estate, and corporate matter files
  • Support M&A and real estate transactions, including due diligence and escrows
  • Draft demand and cease-and-desist letters; manage litigation holds and calendars
  • Coordinate responses to subpoenas, discovery, and other document requests
  • Conduct research using Lexis, Westlaw, and public databases
  • Support outside counsel management, billing, and policy development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree with Paralegal Certificate
  • 8+ years of paralegal experience across corporate, litigation, or transactional law
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Lexis Nexis or Westlaw
  • Notary Public License a plus

    • Compensation

    $102,000 – $189,400 annually
