Position Summary :
The I9 Coordinator is responsible for supporting Healths Human Resources Shared Services Employment Authorization Onboarding function.
On a daily basis, the coordinator will review applicable reports and systems to ensure potential new hires and internal colleagues are being managed through required processes to become a successful Health new hire.
Duties :
Assist applicants in completing Form I9 documentation within Workday
Triage Service Now case management system as it relates to I9 questions
Support I9 Reporting.
Support New Hire Form Completion (including audit checks)
Responsible for Case Management Resolution
Required Qualifications :
1+ years of operations experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent client service skills.
Excellent PC skills, including extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage projects utilizing standard project management methodologies.
Must have service and operations delivery experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration
