Epic OpTime and Anesthesia EMR Analyst will be responsible for design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic OpTime/Anesthesia functionality. Provides support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, when adapting software to meet their needs. Have knowledge of the Epic OpTime/Anesthesia products and/or perioperative workflows.
Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols. Prepares detailed specs encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis. Provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance. As a clinical applications analyst, applies concepts and industry knowledge to lead and/or work on small to medium sized projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Incumbent must obtain certification in primary EMR module(s) within 4 months of initial hire.

Incumbent must maintain current certification for primary EMR module(s) as a condition of employment.

Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training. Related experience: Epic/PeriOp/IS experience.

Experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization

Annual Full Pay Range: $71,000 - $160,000 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $34.00 - $76.63
