A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow) to support a global operations organization within the data center and digital infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate process reviews, interviews, and workshops with SMEs and stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements using Agile methodologies
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution, and defect analysis
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a business change or optimization environment
Experience working in Agile software development lifecycles
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes
Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
Experience with business process modeling (BPMN) and diagramming tools (Visio / Gliffy)
