successful completion of training and after working your first

scheduled shift in the home (approximately 30 days).

Support Professional (DSP) As a DSP, you’ll make a difference every

day by helping the people we serve reach their personal goals and

live meaningful lives. You’ll be part of a supportive team that

values respect, compassion, and teamwork. Daily Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with daily living skills, personal care,

and goal setting.
