Descripción del trabajoSupervise a team of direct support staff Develop and implement program policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of developmental disabilities Strong background in working with people with disabilities Proven experience in supervising staff and managing programs Knowledge of program development principles and practices Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities Excellent administrative and organizational skills Ability to manage budgets effectively Strong communication and relationship management abilities Exceptional problem-solving skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and development of our programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home environment. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills, program management expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
