Job Description

World Nurses is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Ennis, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Occupational Therapist
  • Discipline : Therapy
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Travel

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to restore functional independence.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to support continued progress and safety.

    • Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Texas (must be current).
  • Minimum less than 1 year of experience required; SNF experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work day shifts consistently throughout the contract period.
  • BLS certification (if required by facility).

  • 13-week assignment
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Skilled Nursing Facility environment
  • No holiday coverage required
  • EMR : Not listed
