Marketing Automation Manager

A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to lead marketing automation initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve automated marketing journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Build, configure, test, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

Conduct QA of workflows and partner with teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

Over 3 years of experience in Marketing Cloud and Email Campaign Management

Proven experience with audience segmentation and A / B or multivariate testing

Knowledge of website analytics tools and proficiency in HTML and CSS

Strong skills in data segmentation and data-driven campaign analysis
