Position Overview :

Were looking for a multi-skilled, social-native Content Creator who is an expert on storytelling, culture, and creativity. Youll join an in-house creative team to concept, shoot, edit, and design visually compelling content on corporate social channels and new, emerging platforms.

Along with being a creator of thumb-stopping content, youll be a key leader in informing and shaping best-in-class, culture-forward storytelling for the company. You should be able to take ideas from a brief or see a fast opportunity to join a cultural conversation, and independently execute your ideas at the speed of culture. Well look to you for social listening, trend spotting, untapped opportunities, and reporting back on impact to the business. This role is extremely hands-on, fast-paced, and built for someone whos a social creator, editor, and designerwith a keen eye for culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create content optimized for socialeverything from behind-the-scenes content to branded campaigns and series to lo-fi, platform-native moments.
• Concept, storyboard and pitch ideas that align with cultural moments, events, brand campaigns, and company priorities. Work autonomously to bring those to life.
• Shoot on-location, in-studio, or in-the-moment with an understanding of natural lighting, framing, and composition.
• You will interview people across our iconic house of brands to craft authentic content centered on people, culture, and personal style. Must know how to build trusted relationships in fast interviews to pull the best stories on and off camera.
• Edit video and photo content for Reels, TikTok, and other digital channels. Must have a strong understanding of how to optimize creative performance by channel.
• Apply motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects.
• Turn high-quality edits quickly and independently when needed.
• Design static and motion assets that feel native to each platformsocial carousels, infographics, motion titles, etc.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging visuals that feel on-brand, authentic, and culturally relevant.
• Stay on top of platform trends, emerging creator styles, untapped opportunities, and audience behaviorbringing fresh ideas and formats to respond at the speed of social.
• Test new tools and creative formats to optimize reach, engagement, and storytelling.
