About Our Client

The client is a dynamic and growing general contractor specializing in commercial construction, with a strong focus on food and beverage spaces. Their portfolio includes a wide range of projects from $1M to $25M, with a sweet spot between $2M and $10M. Known for their agility and responsiveness, they work closely with restaurateurs and business owners who are eager to get their spaces operational quickly to start generating revenue. The team currently includes seven superintendents and assistant staff, and they are committed to maintaining a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Job Description

Lead and manage one construction project at a time, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and schedule adherence. Utilize Procore for daily reporting and documentation. Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure project milestones are met. Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve issues and maintain momentum. Supervise assistant superintendents or field engineers on larger or more complex projects. Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

• A proactive and well-spoken leader with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for construction.
• Experienced in fast-paced environments with quick project turnarounds.
• Ideally has experience in food and beverage construction, though not required.
• Comfortable managing projects ranging from $1M to $20M, with a preference for the $2M-$10M range.
• Skilled in using Procore and other construction management tools.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Adaptable and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
