The Director of Marketing Operations will report to our VP of Revenue Operations, with a dotted line to our SVP of Go-to-Market Strategy, and will focus on leading strategic and operational efforts related to marketing, sales development, and partnerships using Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation. You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing technology stack, developing and implementing operational processes, and ensuring data is captured and presented effectively for data-driven decision-making across all lead generation channels. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and business intelligence, marketing and partnerships to accelerate growth and improve marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement marketing and lead operations strategy
• Optimize marketing and sales technology stack
• Data management, GTM and business analytics, and pipeline forecasting
• Lead tracking, management, and nurturing
• Campaign tracking, execution, and optimization
• Strategic process development and lead flow automation
• Team leadership and development
• Budget planning and tools management
