Who We're Looking For

Revenue.io is seeking a Staff Engineer to serve as the technical and cultural anchor for our Revenue Platform team. This is a true player-coach role—you'll spend about half your time contributing hands-on, and the other half guiding, mentoring, and elevating the engineers around you.

You'll lead the backend function day-to-day, driving technical direction, architecture decisions, and execution while building the people, practices, and culture that will scale with us. You'll model engineering excellence through your own contributions while creating the environment where others can do the best work of their careers.

This role carries real leadership responsibility : coaching engineers, driving clarity and alignment across teams, and setting the standard for how great engineering gets done.

You'll also be at the forefront of our transition to generative AI–powered software development, helping integrate AI tooling across the SDLC to reshape how we plan, build, test, release, and operate software.

Compensation

On target earnings split will be determined at time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits. Actual compensation within the range will be determined on your skills, experience, qualification, location, and market conditions. Salary Range

$180,000—$210,000 USD
