Job Description

Position Title

Senior Scientist / Postdoctoral Researcher / Lecturer / Professor

— Focus on Materials Science —

🔹 Urgent Hiring – Materials-Related Fields

We are urgently recruiting PhD holders in the following areas :

Materials Science & Engineering
Polymer Science
Functional Materials
Energy Materials
Catalysis & Reaction Engineering
Green Chemistry & Sustainable Materials
Biomedical or Electronic Materials

Both full-time (in China) and part-time remote collaboration are welcome.

About the Program

Partnering with top universities, institutes, and listed companies in Jiangsu Province , we aim to build world-class international research teams . The program focuses on industry-academia collaboration , research excellence, and innovation transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-level independent or collaborative research

Publish in reputable academic journals

Apply for national / international grants

Mentor graduate students (if applicable)

Engage in international and industrial collaborations

Compensation & Support

💰 Annual Salary : $40,000 – $250,000+ (negotiable)

🚀 Startup Funding : Up to $400,000

🏠 Housing / Relocation Support : Up to $400,000

🛠️ Full support for visa, residence, healthcare, children's education, and relocation

Career Tracks

Academic : Lecturer → Professor

Research : Assistant → Senior Scientist → Group Leader

Support for national talent programs and international collaborations

Candidate Requirements

PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

Degree from a top global university (QS Top 200 preferred)

Strong publication and research record

Willingness to collaborate with Chinese institutions

Open to candidates of all nationalities
