Job Description
Manage and process client billing in compliance with established guidelines and timelines. Review and verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with the legal department to ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy. Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and prepare necessary reports. Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures and policies. Provide support for audits and respond to inquiries related to billing activities. Work closely with clients to address and resolve billing concerns effectively. Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific billing requirements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Billing Coordinator should have: A strong understanding of billing processes within the business services or legal industry. Minimum 4+ years of law firm billing experience. Proficiency in billing software and tools (Aderant/Elite/3E). Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving billing issues. A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
