A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative for Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information to customers regarding retirement, life, and annuity investment products
Identify customer needs and engage team members for complex issues while ensuring positive outcomes
Document customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
Three years of call center or customer service experience, or one year in the financial services industry
Bilingual in Spanish
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office tools
