Our portfolio comprises multiple subsidiaries that participate in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. To learn more about SNG, visit the website and follow us on LinkedIn.

Our team of talented individuals is what makes us successful. To support our team, we provide a balanced mix of benefits and programs. Your total rewards package includes competitive pay, benefits, and perks, flexible work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and performance and recognition programs. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability, voluntary benefit programs (critical illness, hospital, and accident), health savings and flexible spending accounts, and retirement 401K plan. One of our fundamental principles is to offer competitive health and welfare benefits to our team members, providing coverage and care for you and your family. Full-time employees working at least 30 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in our benefits and paid leave programs. We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation.

Great Hill is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact contract focused on advancing Engineering capabilities for our client at Department of State. The ideal candidate brings a solutions-driven mindset, thrives in complex environments, and has a proven ability to manage large-scale federal programs with precision and innovation. This role requires a strong grasp of cloud and data center operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate evolving mission needs with clarity and confidence.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Serve as the lead interface with government stakeholders, delivering clear and accurate updates, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a shared understanding of goals and timelines.
  • Manage all aspects of contract execution with a strong attention to detail—tracking deliverables, performance metrics, risks, and compliance to ensure program success.
  • Lead initiatives that increase organizational agility, improve efficiency, and promote innovation while adhering to federal mandates.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot challenges, develop actionable solutions, and escalate critical issues with thoughtful recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive integration between IT and business strategy by coordinating technical and non-technical teams and aligning solutions with mission priorities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a hybrid cloud / on-prem services framework that supports rapid delivery, scalability, and operational stability.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization—anticipating capacity issues and preventing outages through informed planning and data analysis.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through clear guidance, mentorship, and ongoing technical development focused on excellence and accountability.
  • Implement best practices in service delivery, project execution, and resource optimization.

Required Qualifications :

  • Active Top Secret Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of program or project management experience in federal IT environments.
  • PMP or PgMP certification (or equivalent) and ITIL certification.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve technical and operational problems with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • Experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / DevSecOps principles and federal compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefings to senior government leadership.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with Federal Government agency operations.
  • Certifications such as SAFe, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
  • Experience with enterprise system monitoring, patch management, and capacity planning.
  • Track record of fostering collaborative, accountable, and innovative team cultures.
  • Salary at Seneca is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ. The projected compensation range for this position is below.
