A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales process from prospect engagement to contract execution, aligning with client needs

Deliver impactful presentations of enterprise software solutions to decision-makers

Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field

3-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS

Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets in complex sales environments

Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating effectively

Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
