Absence and Disability Product Lead

A company is looking for a Corporate Vice President, Absence and Disability Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Develops vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for absence and disability products

Ensures competitive product offerings and effective service excellence from quoting through claims

Leads a team in the design, development, and delivery of new products and features, while maintaining existing products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years of broad product experience

Strong absence and disability knowledge with proven product acumen

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive change

Proven ability to drive results in uncertain and / or ambiguous environments

Established ability to leverage marketplace knowledge for decision-making
