People First in Laredo Local Team Collaboration : Join our close-knit team of four physicians and ten CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center. Facility runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites. Qualifications : Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program. Current licensure as a CRNA in Texas. A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Authorization to work in the United States. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling : Unique schedule rotation where we offer 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on / 1 week off option. Key Responsibilities : Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs. Provide support for Level III trauma center cases. Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, OB / GYN, GI / endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.
