Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Educate customers on proper pool care and maintenance practices.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to complete service tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in pool maintenance or repair is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Our United States operations are headquartered in our 10,000 square foot, state-of-the-art training facility and support center in Dallas, TX. We currently operate over 30 retail stores and over 190 service vans across eight states in the U.S.
