Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

Job Type : Full-time / Part-time

We provide high-quality residential and habilitation services in a supportive, person-centered environment that fosters independence, dignity, and community engagement.

What You'll Do :

Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement

Promote independence and life skills development

Provide companionship, encouragement, and advocacy

Assist with behavioral and medical support needs as required

Ensure a safe, clean, and positive home environment

Maintain documentation and communicate with team members

What We're Looking For :

Compassionate and patient individuals who are passionate about making a difference

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or developmental disabilities (preferred, but not required)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

Required certifications (CPR / First Aid, Article 9, etc.)
