Our menu features authentic Andean dishes alongside Chifa-inspired wok fare such as lomo saltado, arroz chaufa, and tallarín saltado. We are seeking a skilled and energetic Wok Cook to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate has experience with high-heat wok cooking, works cleanly and efficiently under pressure, and is passionate about Latin American fusion cuisine. You’ll be responsible for executing stir-fried dishes to order while upholding kitchen standards and flavor authenticity.
