The Urgent Care Physician Medical Dir role will be working in the Urgent Care specialty, located in CommUnityCare: Hancock Walk - UC Austin, TX. Job Details: Envision Physician Services is seeking a visionary Site Medical Director to lead clinical care at CommUnityCare and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community health. Responsibilities:Provide clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care services across two urgent care locationsEnsure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and patient safety in alignment with CommUnityCare's missionSupervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including physicians, and APPsMonitor clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores to drive improvement initiativesServe as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for both patient care and provider needsPosition Profile:Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family MedicineCurrent BLS, ACLS, and DEA certificationsMinimum of 1 year of leadership experienceAnnual patient volume: 22,000Average daily visits: 60Double coverage modelShifts: 7a-7p, 8a-8pmEPIC EMR with Dragon Dictation Facility Information: CommUnityCare is proud to be part of a national network of more than 1,400 community health centers serving over 30 million individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.
