We are looking for a skilled M365 Integration Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role requires expertise in system analysis and integration, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document business requirements to support system integration efforts.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to ensure security and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Perform detailed system analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot database systems.
• Support integration initiatives involving Microsoft technologies and IBM systems.
• Develop technical documentation and workflows to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Conduct testing and validation to confirm successful implementation of system changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to teams during integration and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain stability.
• Proven experience with Active Directory management and configuration.
• Proficiency in creating and analyzing Business Requirement Documents.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database administration.
• Demonstrated ability in system analysis and identifying process improvements.
• Experience with IBM systems integration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
