As a Software Engineering Manager at Lantern, you'll lead a team of talented engineers building the next generation of our digital health platforms. You'll guide the application and mobile engineering teams as they design, build, and enhance the features that power our products and services. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to deliver high-quality software that meets real user needs and drives Lantern's mission forward. We're looking for someone who's not just an expert in technology, but also a hands-on leader who loves solving problems and empowering teams. You should have experience developing large-scale web and mobile solutions using modern cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, backend technologies such as .NET or Python, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular—plus experience with React Native for mobile development.
