Descripción del trabajoCustomer Support (CS) experience. Ability to multitask. For example : Ability to listen and talk to a customer while typing to research issues or reviewing and updating customer account information. Ability to work in a fast paced setting. Consistent attendance. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor even during challenging customer interactions. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with team members, management, clients, and customers. Empathy for customers. Troubleshooting experience with online software. Strong desire to get things done for the sake of the customer and the business. Computer and consistent internet access. Mobile devices other than laptop computers are not sufficient. Attention to detail. Talk / Listen : Pros are required to actively listen and speak with customers for the majority of their work hours. Computer, Keyboard, and Mouse : Pros are regularly required to navigate Customer Support softwares, input customer information, conduct research, communicate online with teammates / management / clients / customers. Weekdays and Weekends US business hours 8a-4p CST 9a-5p CST 10a-6p CST 11a-7p CST Emphasis on WEEKENDS. Especially looking for support Fri / Sat / Sun. Let's talk about your availability. : )
