A great facility near Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team!
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000/year (based on experience)

Assistant Director of Nursing Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; Day shift
- Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervising field nurses to ensure proper coverage of cases
- Assistant Director of Nursing will ensure proper documentation and adherence to policy and procedures as set by federal regulation and the Joint Commission
- Assistant Director of Nursing, must have an active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania
- 2+ years home health experience
- 1+ year experience with pediatric and intermittent case loads
- BSN or higher preferred
