Role Overview
As an Operations & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to connection for our field reps and a key support partner for our Project Managers. You’ll help keep projects running smoothly through scheduling, task organization, and accurate data handling across multiple systems. Location & Schedule
- College Station, TX (Onsite)
- Full-Time : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
- Temp-to-Hire , with a strong likelihood of transitioning into a permanent role

Act as the primary point of contact for field reps via email and voicemailSupport Project Managers with scheduling, task organization, and project coordinationPerform high-volume data entry and ensure accurate information flow between systemsAssist in solving pay discrepancies and addressing staffing needsCollaborate with teams working on major clients and jump in on one-off projects as neededUse internal software and spreadsheets to monitor project progress and update reportsTech / Software
