We are searching for a highly skilled, seasoned, and compassionate associate dentist to join a team of providers at Paramount Dental in Vancouver, WA. They are among only a handful of licensed doctors that perform intravenous sedation for general dental procedures. With their professional deep sedation and general anesthesia services, they can soothe any worry or anxiety patients may have during their visits. Their new provider should have an overwhelming desire to help the anxieties and apprehension of all who need professional dental work and maintenance. What to Expect

• Competitive daily rate based on experience or % of adjusted gross production whichever is higher
• Full-Time : prefer 4 days a week but open to 3 days
• Required experience 5+ years
• New provider will work between the 2 Vancouver facilities on a set schedule
• New facility has 15 operatories and filled with all high-end, state of the art technology
• Second facility has 10 operatories with state-of-the-Art Equipment, all digital and paperless
• Full benefits package : health, dental, 401k w / match, lab fees covered
• Earning potential based on experience, however, can start at $240K and up to $500k / year
• PPO / FFS
• Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
• Molar Endo, Implant and Sedation Permit a plus but not required to start
• High quality dentist, team player, eager to continue to create relationships, honest, consistent, positive, creative and willing to take ownership in the clinic, staff and patients
• Motivated leader ready to grow, learn, stay long term and earn an above market income

• Active WA license in good standing
