Job Summary : Oversee dining room operations by providing solution-oriented, positive, exemplary customer service. Will oversee operations within the dining room and at the hostess podium. Our mission is to provide our guests with a 5-star fine dining experience by offering friendly, efficient, professional dining service. We accomplish this through teamwork. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES :

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Two years of fine dining experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

Knowledge of dining operations. Ability to provide high customer service levels in a fast-paced environment. Effective communicator and collaborator. Excellent telephone skills and professional manner. Must possess math and problem-solving abilities. Good computer skills. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Tasks involve the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and / or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-50 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time standing (90%) or sitting (10%). Ability to lead guests to tables and assist with seating.
