Job Description & Requirements Ophthalmology Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1455.00 - $1575.00 This facility is seeking a Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : December 2025 - ongoing Practice Setting : Outpatient Types of Cases : clinic and surgeries, must be able to do injections, 12-14 procedures per day Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic Certifications Required : Must be board certified and Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure Required : must have an active Michigan license or Interstate Medical License Compact Letter of Qualification Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
