Overview :

Our client seeks a Project Manager experienced in Job Order Contracting for K-12 educational facilities to handle a wide range of renovation and infrastructure improvement projects throughout Peoria .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead multiple concurrent K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.

Supervise project managers, engineers, and field teams.

Ensure adherence to JOC processes and client specifications.

Coordinate with district administrators and architects on project scope, cost, and schedule.

Review contracts, task orders, and progress reports.

Ensure quality, safety, and financial performance goals are met.

Qualifications :

7+ years of commercial construction management experience; K-12 JOC experience preferred .

Strong background in budget control and task order estimating.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering.

Strong client relationship management skills.
