Parkview Physicians Group is actively recruiting a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join the largest standalone multi-specialty facility in Archbold, Ohio.

Specifics of Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician

• This position is full time - minimum for 36 clinical hours per week
• Hours :
• Monday 7 : 30am - 8pm ( extended hours )
• Tuesday - Friday 7 : 30am - 5pm
• Schedule offers varied flexibility such as the opportunity to do 4 / 10's or have a half day off during the week
• Call schedule is 1 : 4 - very light , telephone
• Position is outpatient with the option of rounding, OB or nursing home
