KCS Coach Lead and Technical Writer

A company is looking for a KCS Coach Lead & Technical Writer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the KCS coaching program by training and mentoring internal teams on KCS principles

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain technical content for RFPs and proposals

Develop and maintain KCS training materials and monitor knowledge base health metrics

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related role

Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodologies

Experience in coaching or mentoring within a knowledge-sharing environment

Proficient in knowledge management systems and content collaboration tools

Experience supporting RFP or proposal development processes
