Build enriching customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive the sales process. Establish trust among customers, leading to a strong network of clientele and prospects. Set a clear vision and goals for sales performance, demonstrating leadership. Motivate and engage the team to achieve critical goals, performance expectations, and standard methodology processes. Play an active role in day-to-day operations to drive business growth. Follow the leadership sales process. Training, certification and knowledge of all current vehicle products.
